This report presents the findings of a Regional Experts Survey aimed at studying perceptions and attitudes among experts from Bangladesh, Bhutan and Nepal on regional cooperation in various non-traditional security areas. The survey aims to draws a picture of India’s regional cooperation efforts according to what experts perceive as its strong points and those that need more sustained work. Together, these non-traditional security issues depict areas of cooperation that hold the potential to enhance regional integration in the BBIN sub-region further.
