Monish Tourangbam is Director at the Kalinga Institute of Indo-Pacific Studies (KIIPS), India. He has taught Geopolitics and International Relations at Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Manipal, and Amity University, Noida. He was a visiting faculty member at the University of Cincinnati, Ohio, a SAV visiting fellow at the Stimson Center, Washington D.C., and an associate editor of the Indian Foreign Affairs Journal. He has been an Indian delegate at several Track II Dialogues and regularly comments on U.S. foreign policy and U.S. domestic politics. He holds an M.Phil and PhD in American Studies from JNU.
