With the aim of co-creating and defining an inclusive Indo-Pacific, the IPC seeks to create a community of informed scholars and academicians and provides them a platform to voice their perspectives on emergent issues. Indo-Pacific Voices, hosted by the community members, promotes interactive exchange of ideas in the spirit of diversity and inclusion which lies at the heart of IPC. We also provide an online platform for our community members to publish thoughtful articles to enhance understanding of the region.
Launched in 2022, our bi-annual journal, Indo-Pacific Review, is headed by a stellar editorial board which includes Yamini Aiyar, Lt. Gen. D.S. Hooda, Prof. C. Raja Mohan, Dr. Toby Dalton, Prof. Anne-Marie Brady, Dr Christian Wagner, Dr. Bec Strating and Dr. Sinderpal Singh. Our inaugural edition on the “Framing the Indo-Pacific” was edited by Dr. Sinderpal Singh and features expert commentaries by Amb. Rakesh Sood and Adm AK Chawla. Each edition features five scholarly articles, expert commentaries and a book review on the selected theme. Our second edition on the theme “Building a Sustainable Indo-Pacific” is scheduled for release in May 2023.
Our locally owned and operated platform serves as a hub for producing and exchanging indigenous knowledge. We achieve this by amplifying evidence-based narratives, fostering collaboration among individuals and institutions, and promoting positive regionalism through inclusive engagement.
