Noyontara Gupta is a development researcher whose work sits at the intersection of climate diplomacy, India’s strategic relationships across its neighbourhood, and the Indo-Pacific. She is currently a research intern at CSDR.

Noyontara Gupta is a development researcher whose work sits at the intersection of climate diplomacy, India’s strategic relationships across its neighbourhood, and the Indo-Pacific. She is particularly interested in how regional partnerships are reshaping development cooperation across the Indo-Pacific and beyond.

Previously, Noyontara served as Junior Fellow and Executive Assistant to the President at the Observer Research Foundation, New Delhi, and as Business and Operations Lead at Re:Set, a human development and well-being consultancy based in Dubai. She has contributed to flagship research and coordinated major international dialogues including the Raisina Dialogue. She is currently pursuing an MA in Sustainable Development Practice at TERI School of Advanced Studies, New Delhi.
