Noyonika Lahiri Singh is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations at the University of British Columbia, Canada. Her research interests include geopolitics, the governance of emerging technologies, international security, and policymaking. She is especially interested in understanding how shifting geopolitical dynamics among great powers and emerging technologies influence international cooperation and policymaking. She has previously interned with the United Service Institution of India (USI) and the Centre for Land and Warfare Studies (CLAWS), where she contributed to research and editorial projects focused on international relations and security issues. Her work involved strategic analysis, editorial review, writing research papers, and engagement with discussions on geopolitical security issues in the Indo-Pacific region. She is particularly interested in the evolving dynamics of India’s foreign policy and in strengthening bilateral relations between India and Canada through policy research and strategic engagement across areas such as trade, geopolitics, and climate cooperation.Â
