Ira Kulkarni holds a B.A in Liberal Arts, major in International Studies and a minor in Literature and Cultural Studies from FLAME University, Pune. She focuses on South Asia, Central Asia-India relations, China, SCO, and India’s regional engagements through a socio-cultural and political lens. Her work varies from analytical publications to field-based survey research for think tanks and academic institutions.
