Tarsha completed her BA from The College of Wooster with a dual major in History and Political Science, concentrating in International Relations. During her degree pursuit, she received dual departmental honors for her undergraduate dissertation, “Red Scares in the New Republic: The Politics of Sovereignty in Early Postcolonial India.” Prior to joining CSDR, Tarsha worked as a Research Intern with the Hudson Institute’s South and Central Asia Program, where she contributed to research and policy analysis on U.S.–India relations and India’s maritime policy. She also assisted the center on a forthcoming Routledge volume on U.S.–India relations.
